Roy BenDavid is a dedicated attorney who graduated from the University of California, Irvine, Law School in 2023. Prior to law school, Roy earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of California Berkely, graduating in 2018.

During his 1L summer, Roy worked at Bet Tzedek Legal Services working with clients from their elder abuse hotline. Roy spent his 2L summer working as a Law Clerk in the litigation department at Southern California Edison. To fulfill his clinical requirement, Roy spent his 3L year working at the Appellate Litigation Clinic. To complete the requirement, Roy zealously represented a client in an immigration appeal at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Roy joined Andrews and Thornton in September 2023. He has been actively working on the firm’s litigation against the Boy Scouts of America helping work on claims of childhood sexual abuse. Roy has also worked on childhood sexual abuse claims against other institutions.

Roy is fluent in Hebrew and English. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, camping, and traveling.
